Its growing team helps customers put advanced cloud and HPC resources to work at scale.Job Description:We are seeking a Solutions Architect to guide strategic customers through technical challenges involving HPC, cloud, and AI workloads.

You will combine hands-on platform knowledge with strong relationship skills, helping customers design effective solutions while working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams.Key Responsibilities:Advise customers on the architecture, deployment, and growth of compute-intensive workloads.Help resolve technical issues and improve performance for AI training, inference, and scientific simulations.Partner with sales on technical presentations, demonstrations, and opportunities within existing accounts.Bring customer needs and feedback to internal product and engineering teams.Coordinate stakeholders to resolve obstacles and keep customer initiatives moving.Develop reference designs, technical documentation, and practical guidance for customers.Qualifications:Five or more years in solutions architecture, technical account management, customer engineering, or a similar role, with hands-on cloud and HPC experience.Experience building customer relationships and explaining complex systems to varied audiences.Working knowledge of GPU computing and AI or scientific computing workloads.Experience with Kubernetes, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.Familiarity with technologies such as CUDA, OpenCL, MPI, or HPC workload schedulers.Experience with Slurm, Kubeflow, PyTorch, TensorFlow, major cloud platforms, or NVIDIA technologies is a plus.Additional Details:TN visa candidates may be considered.
