About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solutioning. The ideal candidate will bring strong solution architecture experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders. Hands-on experience with AI, Data Engineering, and BI tools is preferred; at minimum, a solid conceptual understanding of these areas is required. Oil & Gas domain knowledge is a plus.

Job Title: Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and solutioning efforts across AI, Data Engineering, and BI initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable, effective solutions.
• Drive technical solutioning during client discussions, proposals, and pre-sales engagements.
• Ensure solutions align with best practices in scalability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and delivery teams.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, Data Engineering, and BI, recommending adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience in solution architecture.
• Strong solutioning experience — able to design and drive solutions from concept to delivery.
• Experience working with AI, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence tools/technologies preferred; at minimum, good conceptual understanding of these areas is required.
• Excellent communication skills , with the ability to interact confidently with clients, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Ability to lead client-facing discussions and pre-sales solutioning conversations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
