To bridge business strategy and technical delivery, the full-time Solutions Analyst will document and validate business requirements, conduct process assessments, and collaborate with product management to shape product roadmaps, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for R&D teams Conduct current-state assessments of business processes and design future-state processes that align with business architecture standards Partner with product management to prioritize features and draft product briefs, ensuring alignment with client needs and market signals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information systems, industrial engineering, or a related discipline Three or more years of professional experience in business analysis, solution analysis, systems analysis, or product management Demonstrated experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders and translating them into actionable artifacts Proficiency in process modeling tools and familiarity with BPMN or equivalent notation Experience working in agile or scrum environments, including familiarity with backlog management tools
