Key responsibilities Own and resolve customer support cases, ensuring timely communication throughout the issue lifecycle Investigate and troubleshoot application, configuration, data, and integration-related issues for Infios TMS Create and maintain technical documentation and Knowledge Base content to enhance support capabilities Required qualifications Direct hands-on experience with Infios TMS in a support or operational capacity Experience troubleshooting system integrations and data exchanges between enterprise applications Working knowledge of integration technologies and data formats such as APIs, XML, and JSON Experience with SQL or relational databases for basic data analysis or validation Background in structured Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support or application support environments
