Supporting the mission of OCHIN, the full-time Solutions Analyst - Lab Applications will configure and maintain clinical applications within the Epic EHR software for Acute Care member clinics, ensuring efficient workflows and quality financial outcomes, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications and requirements Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues Required qualifications Hands-on experience and proficiency with SafeTrace TX Preferred certifications include Epic certification in Orders or Beaker Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making Integrity and accountability in professional conduct
