Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in material handling, automation, warehouse operations, solution development, engineering, or consulting leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing technical or consulting professionals
- Advanced knowledge of material handling technologies, automation systems, and software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex operational challenges and solution alternatives
- Expertise in automation solution development, concept validation, and system building
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences
- Adaptable leader with PMP, Lean, or related certifications preferred
- Ability to travel up to 30%. May include international travel.
