This is a client-facing role requiring the ability to lead presentations, walkthroughs, and demos. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in manual testing, Tricent Platform, including advanced Tosca expertise, and the ability to design and implement scalable agentic test automation solutions.Job Responsibilities:Act as a Tricentis Tosca Subject Matter Expert (SME) across projects and client engagements, leading client walkthroughs, demos, and technical presentations.Design and own the end-to-end test automation architecture and strategy, integrating Tosca into enterprise toolchains with a focus on scalability, security, compliance, and long-term maintainability.Translate business and functional requirements into robust, risk-based Tosca automation solutions aligned to business-critical processes and full traceability.Design, develop, and optimize scalable Tosca frameworks using Modules, TBox, Business Components, and reusable test assets.Collaborate with project managers, developers, Client, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery within Agile/Scrum environments.Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers while enforcing automation best practices, including test data management and maintainable design.Drive and support API testing, BDD approaches, and CI/CD integrations using Tosca.Participate in pre-sales, solutioning, RFPs, and estimations, and continuously evaluate tools and methodologies to enhance automation effectiveness.Qualifications & Skills Required:4-5 years of overall Manual Testing experience1–2 years of dedicated experience with Tricentis ToscaExposure to multiple testing domains (functional, regression, integration)Experience in end-to-end test planning and executionExperience in client-facing roles and delivering demosRequired Certifications:Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1 (AS1) – MandatoryTosca Automation Specialist Level 2 (AS2) – MandatoryOptional but preferred:Tosca Test Architect Level 1 (TA1)Tosca BI SpecialistTosca API Testing Certification
