In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/APO / PPDS / AATP solutions to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design tailored solutions that drive business transformation. You will play a key role in the presales process, collaborating with sales teams and clients to position our services effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement:Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of SAP IBP solutions, showcasing how they address client needs.Build and maintain lasting relationships with client stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.Create value proposition and return on investment for Customers in Hi-tech, CPG, Pharmaceutical industriesLead roadmap and value generation discussion with VP and CXO level.Solution Design:Analyze client requirements and design SAP IBP solutions that align with their strategic goals.Gather requirements and refine solution designs, create proposalCollaborate with implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.Hands on knowledge to configure and demonstrate solutions in IBP.Business Development:Support sales teams in developing proposals, RFP responses, and value propositions that highlight our SAP capabilities.Create to go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives to drive the growth of the practice.Participate in industry events and thought leadership activities to enhance our market presence.Required QualificationsFunctional Role: Played a functional role in demand planning, supply planning, production planning, manufacturing at end customer.Experience: At least 8-10 years of relevant SAP consulting experience, with a focus on SAP IBP/APO/ePPDS/AATP in a professional services environment.
DomainExpertise: Deep knowledge of SAP IBP modules including Demand Planning, Response & Supply, Inventory Optimization, or Sales & Operations Planning, e-PPDS, AATP.Implementation Experience: Participation in all phases of at least 5 SAP Supply Chain/IBP implementations, with a minimum of 3 in a lead role.S4 HANA: Proven experience with S4 HANA implementations and integration between SAP ECC/S4 HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services or Real-Time Integration.Certified in APICS CPIM or CSCP and SAP IBPCommunication Skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior management and C-levels.Desired QualificationsKnowledge of AP SD, SAP PP, and SAP MMExperience leading presales efforts, including managing senior-level client relationships.Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies.Familiarity with Signavio and greenfield implementation experience.A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.Travel RequirementWillingness to travel up to 60-70% based on client needs and project demands.About UsBristlecone is the leading provider of AI-powered application transformation services for the connected supply chain.
