To drive custom AI solution growth within federal sectors, the full-time remote Solution Architect / Sales Engineer will creatively adapt existing AI frameworks, design compelling technical demonstrations, and support proposal efforts by crafting technical content that addresses client challenges. Key Responsibilities Architecture Adaptation & Solutioning: Understand and creatively leverage existing AI solutions to address new challenges Narrative & Demo Creation: Design technical demonstrations and craft narratives that illustrate solutions to client problems Consultative Discovery & Client Research: Listen to clients to uncover pain points and translate them into technical opportunities Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience supporting federal clients with knowledge of federal mission areas and procurement culture Proven track record in management or technical consulting, with a custom-delivery mindset Hands-on software development experience (Python, Java) and understanding of core AI fundamentals Ability to adapt internal software libraries for new use cases and build proof-of-concept demos Experience drafting technically rigorous proposal sections and white papers for federal mission needs
