Position Title: FAS Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced FAS Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for a new Fiscal Agent Services solution supporting a Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution architecture, technical design and architectural reviews.
- Design integrations, APIs, data flows and system interfaces.
- Provide guidance on Azure/AWS cloud architecture and modernization.
- Work with business stakeholders, vendors, developers and cybersecurity teams.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation and roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions align with CMS, MITA, HIPAA, NIST and enterprise architecture standards.
- Support integration across Medicaid modules including Eligibility, Provider Services, Pharmacy, Third-Party Liability and Data Warehousing.
Required:
- 10+ years of solution/enterprise architecture experience.
- Medicaid, MMIS or MES experience.
- MITA and CMS experience
- Strong Healthcare Experience
- Strong cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
- Strong enterprise integration, API and data architecture experience.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, X12, FHIR, Java, Node.js, Angular, React or Python.
- Experience with ETL, relational databases and legacy systems.
