Solution Architect – OPS Portfolio Support
Location: Remote / PL-based
English: B2 (confirmed by certificate)
Start: ASAP
Contract: B2B 250- 300 PLN/h + VAT
We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support one of our key clients in the public sector. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, solid architectural experience, and the ability to lead complex IT initiatives from the ground up.
What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including at least two projects as a key architect
- Master’s degree in an IT-related field
- At least 2 relevant certifications , such as:
- TOGAF Certified
- UML Professional (foundation level)
- Or other internationally recognized architecture certifications
Your skillset:
- Expertise in enterprise software design and systems architecture
- Deep understanding of system capacity planning and security
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Databases , application servers , middleware , web servers
- GIS , directory services , Microsoft security , BI , system integration
- IDEs and modeling tools (e.g. Sparx EA , ARIS )
- Solid experience in:
- UML modeling
- Software development methodologies – RUP, ISO12207, Agile
- Proficient in technical documentation , communication , and problem-solving
- Natural leadership and stakeholder management skills
Bonus points for experience with:
- Containerized applications (preferably Red Hat OpenShift)
- Reporting system design and implementation
- Human Capital Management systems (worktime, WFM, etc.)
- Architecture optimization for ICT systems
