Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Dallas, TX

Onsite/Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer location

Job Description

The responsibilities of this role include:

1. Design solution architectures considering functionality, cost, performance, scalability, reusability, and extensibility.
2. Build, develop, and maintain stakeholder commitment at all levels, managing conflicting interests and concerns.
3. Translate business requirements into models, guidelines, principles, and define concepts and solutions aligned with the vision, roadmap, and reference architecture of the GCS domain.
4. Develop a vision and roadmap for architecture, formulating strategies based on business goals.
5. Present proposals to stakeholders and facilitate decision-making processes.
6. Translate requirements into principles, specifications, standards, methods, and tools.
7. Monitor system designs against requirements and take corrective actions if necessary.
8. Define verification and validation activities in collaboration with stakeholders.
9. Maintain and share knowledge, keeping up with internal and external developments.
10. Analyze root causes of problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
11. Provide expertise on best practices, standards, architectural approaches, and complex technical resolutions.

Your Profile

• Master's degree or equivalent experience demonstrating advanced knowledge in the field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and motivational abilities.
• Experience with modeling and graphic representations.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and experience with EA tools.
• Hands-on experience with architecture modeling tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally regularly.
• Fluent in English.
