Solutions Architect – Reltio MDMLocation: Remote USEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: Senior (8+ Years)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) implementations to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Reltio's platform, data governance, data integration, and customer/vendor/product master data domains.This role requires a blend of technical leadership, client-facing consulting experience, and hands-on solution design capabilities to drive successful MDM transformations for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignLead end-to-end architecture and design of Reltio MDM solutions.Define master data models, survivorship rules, matching strategies, hierarchy management, and data governance frameworks.Design scalable and secure architectures integrating Reltio with enterprise applications, data lakes, ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.Develop architecture artifacts, solution blueprints, and technical design documents.Reltio Implementation LeadershipLead multiple Reltio implementation projects from discovery through deployment.Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.Configure and guide implementation of:Reltio Data ModelMatch & MergeSurvivorship RulesReference Data ManagementHierarchies & RelationshipsWorkflowsData Quality and Validation RulesReltio Integration Hub (RIH)Provide architectural oversight during development, testing, and production deployment.Integration & Data EngineeringDesign integrations between Reltio and:SalesforceWorkdaySAPOracleMicrosoft AzureData Warehouses/Data LakesThird-party applications and APIsDefine API-driven integration strategies using REST APIs and event-based architectures.Collaborate with integration and engineering teams to ensure scalable data flows.Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and executive sponsors.Lead architecture reviews and technical governance meetings.Present solution recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and best practices.Mentor technical teams and provide leadership across project workstreams.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience in enterprise data management and solution architecture.3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Reltio MDM solutions.Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end Reltio implementations in production environments.Strong understanding of:Customer 360Supplier/Vendor 360Product 360Data GovernanceData QualityReference Data ManagementExperience with Reltio components including:Reltio MDM PlatformReltio Integration Hub (RIH)Reltio APIsMatch & Merge FrameworkHierarchy ManagementStrong SQL and data modeling skills.Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Experience designing REST API integrations and enterprise data pipelines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred QualificationsReltio Certified Solution Architect or equivalent Reltio certifications.Experience with Informatica, Semarchy, Profisee, or other MDM platforms.Experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data stewardship processes.Experience in consulting or professional services environments.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.What Success Looks LikeArchitect and deliver scalable Reltio MDM solutions aligned with business objectives.Drive implementation best practices and establish reusable architecture patterns.Improve data quality, governance, and trusted master data across the enterprise.Enable successful integration of master data across business systems and analytics platforms.Why Join UsOpportunity to work on complex enterprise data transformation initiatives.Exposure to cutting-edge MDM and cloud technologies.Collaborative and highly skilled consulting team.Significant growth and leadership opportunities.
