Solution Architect, Physical AI Data

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Design — Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, define solution architecture, and develop implementation roadmaps.

• Customer Discovery — Lead technical discussions with AI, robotics, and engineering teams to understand workflows and identify technical requirements.

• End-to-End Architecture — Design solutions covering data collection, annotation, simulation, synthetic data, evaluation, sim-to-real, and deployment.

• Solution Validation — Build prototypes, pilots, demos, and PoCs to validate technical feasibility and performance.

• Technical Leadership — Drive solution delivery across the lifecycle and coordinate Product, Engineering, Data Operations, Hardware Operations, and Business Development teams.

• Best Practices & Playbooks — Develop reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, and technical playbooks.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical consulting, robotics, AI infrastructure, or related fields.

• Strong technical foundation in robotics, AI, computer vision, simulation, synthetic data, or autonomous systems.

• Proficiency in Python and Linux, with hands-on experience in prototyping, debugging, and system integration.

• Excellent customer-facing communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI labs, robotics companies, automotive OEMs, or industrial customers.

• Familiarity with Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, NVIDIA Omniverse, ROS, Unity, or Unreal Engine.

• Experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or pre-sales/post-sales technical roles.
