This role is responsible for ensuring production stability, integration governance, and operational excellence in an AMS (Operate) environment, while acting as the escalation point for complex issues and driving continuous improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignOwn current and target-state architecture across Oracle Cloud (ERP/SCM)Define integration patterns, data flows, and non-functional requirementsEstablish design standards and best practicesProduction Support & GovernanceAct as escalation point for complex cross-module and integration issuesLead root cause analysis (RCA) and recurrence preventionEnsure adherence to incident, problem, and change management frameworksIntegration & Technical OversightGovern integrations using: FBDI, REST / SOAP APIs, OIC / MiddlewareEnsure monitoring, error handling, reprocessing, and system resiliencyRelease & Change ManagementLead production release planning (defects and enhancements)Manage environment readiness, cutover, and validation activitiesSupport controlled production changesOracle Cloud UpdatesDrive quarterly update readiness: impact assessment, regression testing coordination, production validationDocumentation & ReportingMaintain and approve runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articlesProvide operational reporting (SLA, incident trends, recurring issues)Mentor support teams and drive best practicesMust-Have Qualifications8+ years of Oracle experience (Oracle Cloud preferred)Proven experience as Solution Architect in AMS / Operate environmentsStrong expertise in: FBDI, APIs (REST/SOAP), OIC / Middleware, OTBI, BI Publisher, Groovy, OCI, VBCSStrong experience in ITIL-based support modelsExcellent stakeholder communication and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Oracle Cloud AMS / Operate deliveryExperience with ServiceNow or JiraExposure to OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart ViewCore SkillsOracle Cloud (ERP / SCM)Solution ArchitectureOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Integrations (FBDI, APIs, OIC)Incident & Change ManagementAMS / Operate Model
