The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PowerStore administration, troubleshooting, and configuration. They will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of PowerStore in various environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister PowerStore systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimizationProvide technical expertise in PowerStore features and key use cases, including data migration, NAS, file systems, shares, and exportsConfigure and manage PowerStore users, remote source systems, and data protection policiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerStore, including IPMI, CHAP authentication, and host connectivityCollaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement data reporting and analytics requirements using CloudIQDevelop and maintain knowledge of PowerStore product configurations, models, and licensingProvide technical guidance on PowerStore integration with VMware and other third-party systemsDevelop and implement data protection rules and policies to ensure optimal data efficiency and availabilityTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerStore hardware and network componentsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performanceRequirements5+ years of experience in PowerStore administration and configurationIn-depth knowledge of PowerStore features, including data migration, NAS, file systems, shares, and exportsExperience with PowerStore troubleshooting and resolutionStrong understanding of PowerStore integration with VMware and other third-party systemsExperience with data reporting and analytics using CloudIQStrong knowledge of PowerStore product configurations, models, and licensingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projectsStrong technical skills, including Linux and Windows operating systems, and PowerShell scriptingExperience with IT service management tools and processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
