We’re looking for someone like you to bring expertise and energy to our dynamic team.Focus Areas: Solution Design • Snowflake • dbt • Data Management • ETL •, and data contracts is essential.Duties & Responsibilities:Design scalable, cost?efficient Snowflake?based data architecturesDefine standardized patterns for ingestion, transformation, modeling, and consumptionDevelop solution blueprints, including data flows, lineage, and integrationsEstablish and govern data contracts (schema, SLAs, validation, evolution)Lead conceptual, logical, and physical modeling using tools like SqlDBM and dbtBuild modular, reusable dbt models with strong testing and CI/CD practicesIntegrate data quality, observability, and metadata?driven validationDesign orchestrated pipelines using Airflow, Jenkins, or similar toolsEnsure compliance with governance, security, and access?control standardsPartner across data, platform, and governance teams; mentor engineers and analystsValue of the Role:This role ensures reliable, transparent data flow from source to insight, enabling scalable data products, trusted analytics, and enterprise?ready AI on a unified, well?governed data foundation.Requirements:Experience of analytics layers (Power BI, Tableau, semantic models)Bachelor degree from an accredited institution with four-plus (4+) years IT experienceIn lieu of a degree, ten-plus (10+) years of relevant IT experience required.AWS Cloud experience is required.One large-scale cloud modernization project.Enterprise data architecture experience with Snowflake or similar platformsStrong hands?on ELT/ETL and dbt skills (models, tests, macros, CI/CD)Deep understanding of Data Vault and dimensional modelingExperience designing and governing data contractsAdvanced SQL and ELT expertiseFamiliarity with orchestration tools, Git workflows, and governance platformsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAdditional: Experience with agile delivery models and willingness to travel occasionally as needed.Added Advantage Qualifications:Data Vault 2.0 experienceFamiliarity with Iceberg, external tables, and data catalogsExposure to cloud?native and platform engineering practicesPharmaceutical commercial data experience is a plus.
