Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect on the Solution team, you will make a positive impact by being responsible for:

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Communication

• Understand client’s overall business priorities and success measures, provide strategic guidance on how our products and services can effectively address their challenges.
• Use knowledge of customer context, portfolio expertise, and deep technical and market/industry knowledge to build long term relationships and credibility with customers individually or at scale.
• Act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering and product teams.

Architecture, Design and Deployment

• Run Architectural Design Sessions to build plans for implementing solutions which align to customer business goals and technical environments.
• Build, lead, and federate cross‑functional teams around pre‑sales, POC and pilot projects, ensuring the preparation of robust solutions for deployment to large accounts.
• Lead the introduction of new technologies or services that are aligned with customer needs in a variety of technologies and services to build scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions.

Driving Customer Success

• Lead, drive and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical pre‑sales role.
  • Experience in retail would be a plus.
• Skills:
  • Customer‑centric at heart: every decision revolves around our customers and bettering their experience.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills: managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thoughts during discussion/presentation.
  • Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and to work within a virtual global team environment.
  • Ability to travel based on the work you do, and the clients you serve.
  • Spanish and English speaker.
• Education:
  • BA/BS in related field: Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other STEM, Information Technology, Software Engineering etc.
