Solution ArchitectLocation: Austin, TXRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Atlassian Solution Architect to design, configure, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using the SaaS-based Atlassian product suite. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and recommend best practices for implementing tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and other DevOps/ALM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enabling a complete Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) cycle and integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design ArchitectureDevelop scalable, secure, and efficient architectures for Atlassian tools and related integrations.Define best practices for Jira workflows, Confluence spaces, Bitbucket repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.Configuration ImplementationConfigure Jira projects, boards, workflows, permissions, and automation rules.Set up Confluence spaces, templates, and knowledge management structures.Integrate Bitbucket with Jenkins and other CI/CD tools for seamless development pipelines.Customer EngagementCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide recommendations on licensing, scaling, and governance for Atlassian products.Integration AutomationImplement integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Slack, GitHub, ServiceNow).Automate processes using Atlassian APIs, scripts, and marketplace apps.Performance SecurityEnsure system performance, reliability, and compliance with security standards.Conduct health checks and optimize configurations for large-scale deployments.Deliver training sessions and create documentation for end users and administrators.Required Skills Qualifications10–15 years of experience in IT solution architecture, with at least 5+ years focused on Atlassian tools. Strong expertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related plugins. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and integration with Atlassian products. Solid understanding of Agile, DevOps, and ALM methodologies. Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python) and Atlassian REST APIs for automation.

Experience with cloud-based deployments and Atlassian SaaS offerings.
