SOLDERING ASSEMBLER
Location: Sylmar, California 91342
Work schedule: 1st shift

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Soldering experience is required
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Must know how to read blueprints and schematics

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble connectors according to blueprints and verify process accuracy.
• Set up and operate wire marking machines according to blueprints and verify quality.
• Position parts for assembly by following blueprints and Standard Work Instructions.
• Work at an assigned station as a member of an assembly team, assembling specific parts to meet production requirements.
• Position parts in designated openings and secure them with screws or bolts.
• Solder and weld parts according to schematics, blueprints, and Standard Work Instructions to assemble final units.
• Verify the correct assembly of final units.
• Test units using related test fixtures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
