This position focuses on the following scope:Implement, configure, document the following products in failover mode: NCM, NPM, Server & Application Monitor ALX and Orion Enterprise Operations ConsoleIntegrated pollers with the possibility for pollers at multiple sitesConfigure alerting and thresholdsServiceNow auto ticketing integration (preferred experience)Integration with SQLDesign, document architectureCandidate Skills and Qualifications:Years - Required/Preferred - Experience3 - Required - Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or related field plus a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in telecommunications network problem resolution activities.
