Requirements

• A passion for enhancing personal, professional, and financial well‑being.
• Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours for client visits and demonstrations.
• Ownership of a PC/Laptop with internet access.
• A minimum of 2 years of verified experience in the solar industry.
• Unyielding determination to close sales.
• Ability to independently generate exclusive leads.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about the benefits of renewable energy to spark interest.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations with prospective clients to close deals.
• Customize solar energy products and systems based on the customer’s property needs and design preferences.
• Become an expert in solar through our leadership and training programs to serve the marketplace effectively.

Experience

• 2+ years of solar sales experience.
• Proficiency with Sales CRM software.
