Rotation: 14 days on, 7 days off or 20 days on, 10 days off (12 hour shifts) Travel and housing provided while on rotation.Job Summary:Provide onsite services to the operator for Environmental Services (ES) equipment. Advise customer representatives on product application and installation.
Prepare operational and technical reports for customers.Responsibilities:Determine operation parameters for equipment and systemsClean, maintain, and run unit equipment to optimize operating parametersInspect, test, service and repair equipment to ensure working conditionAssemble and install equipment for operationMonitor, operate and control equipmentManage spare parts and equipment inventoryDocument equipment operations for future use and traceability purposes through daily reporting procedures common to the areaConverse with operator and contractor personnel about routine operating procedures and service related to equipment operationPrepare equipment maintenance reportsEvaluate equipment installation to determine if equipment has been misappliedTroubleshoot equipment malfunctions to complete equipment repairsGather operating information to make necessary changes to optimize equipment performanceReview reports to detect changes in system parametersExplain product function and tips on troubleshooting to customer and rig personnelEquipment:CentrifugesShale ShakersUse TankVertical Cuttings DryerExcavatorsDewatering experienceEducation Requirements: High school to Bachelors (varies by country)Experience Required: 3 years of solids control - OilfieldNote that if you get hired you must undergo a background check, a driving records check and a drug screening.
