To enhance training delivery and support organizational initiatives, the full-time remote Software Training Consultant will develop and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, ensuring curriculum accuracy and optimizing end-user system proficiency during application enhancements and upgrades. Key Responsibilities Design and develop training materials and curricula, ensuring alignment with business unit goals Provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing performance feedback and improvement opportunities Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure business needs are met Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or eight years of relevant experience in a directly related field Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred) Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
