Providing training and implementation of eServices to customers, the full-time remote Software Trainer will facilitate training sessions, maintain documentation, and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving productivity goals. Key responsibilities Facilitate remote training calls using standardized curriculum for new and existing customers Document training sessions and maintain an updated calendar for follow-up sessions Collaborate with the Implementation team to coordinate training sessions and assist with technical issues Required qualifications Typically 4 or more years of related experience in training or the dental industry High School diploma required; vocational training or Bachelor's degree preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve complex issues Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
