Supporting modernization efforts and quality assurance for healthcare applications, the full-time Software Testing Principal (MUMPS) will develop and execute test plans, validate software enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache environments Support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities while ensuring data integrity across legacy healthcare applications Analyze and troubleshoot software defects and integration failures, providing technical leadership on testing strategies for healthcare systems Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field 10+ years of software testing, quality assurance, or system validation experience, particularly in healthcare or government environments Experience testing applications developed using MUMPS and/or InterSystems Cache Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
