Seeking an experienced Software Tester, the part-time position will provide help desk support, troubleshoot issues, and execute functional and regression testing for the Med-IT system, working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide professional help desk and customer support to Med-IT end users Troubleshoot, analyze, document, and resolve system and user-reported issues Develop and execute test cases and testing scenarios for system functionality and enhancements Required qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience with Med-IT and/or NBCCEDP and WISEWOMAN programs Ability to write, read, understand, and troubleshoot MySQL queries Experience using SQL/MySQL for data validation and testing Strong working knowledge of Med-IT functionality and workflows Experience providing end-user help desk or application support
