This role will focus on ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance across applications that support operational, control, and user-facing HVAC technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in testing methodologies, exposure to automation frameworks, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product teams.Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts to simulate real-world user interactions and system behaviorsExecute automated and manual test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliabilityAnalyze test results and logs to identify, reproduce, and document software bugs and or defects.Collaborate with software developer, product owners, and systems engineers to define testing requirements and acceptance criteriaDevelop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverageParticipate in regression testing cycles for software releases related to HVAC control systems and compressor functionalityEnsure test coverage aligns with business, operational, and compliance requirementsContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentationWhat you will bring to the team:2–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assuranceExperience executing both manual and automated test casesHands-on experience with at least one test automation tool or framework (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or similar)Understanding software testing lift cycle, including test plans, test cases, and Bug & defect lifecycle managementFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum development environmentsAbility to analyze technical issues and clearly document findings Zones offers a comprehensive Benefits package While we're committed to providing top-tier solutions, we're just as committed to supporting our own team.
