Senior Software Engineer / Software Tester CoachLooking for a Senior Software Engineer / Software Tester Coach to enable teams testing capability across a variety of solutions.A hands-on testing role including test automation for unit, functional and UI testing on multiple platforms and languages (primarily C# and python).You will help us improve our agile testing, nurture top quality and work hands on with developers to develop testing capability.You will be working with at least 60% hands-on testing and the rest of the time you will be spending on uplifting and coaching teammates.Responsibilities:Develop test capability and automation for a variety of solutions including unit, API and UI tests.Train and coach developers and team members on test techniques Be collaborative in the approach to testing.Perform in dev / pair testing with developers as required Responsible for encouraging colleagues to drive continuous improvements Developing and communicating test automation guidelines and standardsDesired skills:Experience with testing tools and frameworks (XUnit/NUnit/MSTest/PyTest, Postman, Selenium) C#/Python coding/testing experienceDatabase testing experience Test automation experience (Azure DevOps Pipelines; Ansible)Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum or KanbanExcellent communication and collaboration skills
