We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the supervision of the Software Test Team.Develop test strategies and test plans, define testing scope, and assist management with the selection of automation frameworks.Assign tasks to test team members, track progress, and mentor junior testers.Track testing progress and quality metrics by project.Report test status to project management, software management, and Keysight ADCS management at agreed upon intervals.Oversee creation and maintenance of manual and automated test design and development.Track defects and work with development teams for defect resolution.Estimate software test tasks and deliver test estimates to project management.Participate in project engineering planning meetings as required.Help build the software team test strategy to align with upcoming cybersecurity requirements to software products, like EU CRA.Perform other software development activities as pertains to test software.Assist with custom solution proposals as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree or comparable related experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3 to 5+ years of software testing or related experience, including previous leadership roles.Proficiency in test automation tools, scripting languages, and Agile workflows.Experience using Keysight instrumentation is strongly preferred.Experience and aptitude for continuous learning in the RF, satellite and related aerospace defense markets.Demonstrated communication and cooperation in team environmentEffective presentation and problem-solving skills both internally at Keysight and during customer communications.Strong communication and team organization skills.Additional Preferred Skills:Familiarity with S-Parameter measurements using Keysight's PNA/VNA instrumentsIndependent professional who works best under broad and general directionsAbility to work with teammates in various disciplines and with varied experienceFamiliarity with Atlassian development tools: Confluence, Jira and BitBucketRF/uW/mmW communications test with signal generators and signal analyzersSpace & Satellite communications and test systemsWillingness to jump into tasks to support the customer solution – even if learning a new technology or toolThis position requires access to technology and/or technical data that is subject to U.S.
