Product Strategy & VisionDefine and communicateproduct vision, strategy, and roadmapand ensure italignswiththeenterprisevision,strategyandroadmapLeadproduct discovery efforts, including problem definition, customer research, and validation of product hypothesesTranslateproduct discovery efforts,market, customer, and stakeholder insights into product direction and prioritized featuresBacklog & Value PrioritizationFacilitate backlogprioritizationbycollaborationwith a Product Owner.Ensure prioritization reflects business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and long-term sustainabilityBalance competing priorities including new development, maintenance, technical debt, and complianceExecution & PlanningLeadPI Planningsessionstodetermineplan to account forbusinesspriorities,objectives, and dependenciesMonitorworkprogressacrossdevelopmentteams to ensuredelivery of valueParticipate in demos andintegrationevents tovalidateoutcomes and adjust directionStakeholder Alignment & CollaborationEngage and align stakeholders across engineering, design, architecture, and business functions

You are meant for this job if:

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, product management, business, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2years experiencein software product management, digital products, or related roles in an Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile development practices, backlog management, and release planning
  • Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions across cross-functional teams
  • Ability tooperateeffectively in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical to interface with and motivate all levels of personnel, as well as customers
  • PC skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
  • In office work four days per week with one work from home day.
