Leading the strategic direction of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, the full-time remote Software Product Manager will own the roadmap, optimize identity governance solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security and compliance practices across the organization. Key responsibilities Lead the development and ongoing maturation of the SailPoint IdentityNow platform Design and optimize identity governance solutions to support organizational security and compliance goals Collaborate with Information Security, HR, and IT teams to align identity management capabilities with business needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field 10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience 4+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ architecture, implementation, or administration Experience leading enterprise IAM initiatives and large-scale identity governance deployments Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, governance, and compliance processes
