Key Responsibilities: Manage the software licensing and maintenance renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate execution Prepare and maintain software licensing quotes using Salesforce, Jira Service Management, and Microsoft Excel Research customer contracts and licensing entitlements to ensure quote accuracy and compliance Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in Software Licensing, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Experience supporting B2B SaaS software licensing and subscription renewals Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and data integrity
