Harrington Starr has partnered with an innovative financial technology firm transforming how investment and financial services organisations manage and leverage complex data.
They are looking to hire a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to lead a client-facing engineering pod, combining technical delivery, team leadership and commercial ownership. This is a true player-coach role, where you will remain close to the technology and client engagements while helping shape delivery standards, processes and the growth of a newly established function.
7+ years' experience in financial services technology
~ Strong hands-on experience with C# and/or Python , data platforms and cloud-native technology
~ Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle across front, middle and back office
~ Proven experience delivering complex, client-facing technology projects
~ Experience working with asset managers, asset owners or asset servicing organisations is highly desirable
~ Interest in applying AI and LLM tooling to improve engineering delivery and client outcomes
Work at the intersection of financial services, data and cloud technology
