- 10+ years of software engineering, software development, or technical operations experience
- 4+ years of engineering management experience
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams (10+ engineers preferred)
- eCommerce industry experience (4+ years preferred)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including code reviews, SDLC, testing, deployment, and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with:
- REST APIs
- Microservices
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise applications
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and modern software delivery processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance business needs with technical decision-making
