We’re seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing engineering teams while modernizing engineering practices, delivery, and developer productivity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams and technical leaders.
- Drive Agile transformation, CI/CD, automation, and AI-assisted development.
- Improve engineering productivity, quality, reliability, and delivery.
- Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Establish strong practices around observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of software engineering leadership experience.
- Proven experience leading and scaling Agile engineering organizations.
- Strong knowledge of modern software development, cloud, APIs, web, and mobile technologies.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering, CI/CD, automation, and production systems.
- Strong people-management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Mobile or frontend engineering background strongly preferred.
