Responsibilities
- Own team deliverables and objectives
- Set technical strategy and engineering best practices in collaboration with senior engineers
- Provide active career development and technical guidance to engineers
- Hire, build your team, and manage performance
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful project management
- Build, drive and uplift a dynamic and highly effective engineering team
- Own the creation and delivery of innovative products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Passionate engineering leader with at least 2 years of experience leading teams of 6‑10+ software engineers
- Hands‑on leader who writes code, conducts code reviews, and is involved in architectural design and strategy work
- Excellent communication skills and proven track record in hiring and team building
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast‑paced, evolving environments
- Empathetic leader who builds strong teams
Apt Desired Skills
- Experience with Java, Angular, React, and AWS (not mandatory but a plus)
