Software Engineering Manager – Digital Experience, Web/Mobile

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software developers and ensure productivity and motivation
• Oversee the development and delivery of software projects
• Provide technical guidance to team members
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects
• Contribute to the strategic planning process of the organization
• Drive continuous improvement in the software development process

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Full-stack development designing interactive web applications, developing microservices, public cloud solutions, web services (REST APIs), Kafka messaging, and integrating with vendor APIs
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience within a combination of .NET, Angular, Javascript, C#, SQL server, AWS(container and server-less), Git, Visual Studio and/or front-end technologies.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a Manager/Tech Lead capacity
• Minimum of 5+ years in a Solution Architect capacity
• Cloud technology solution experience: AWS certifications preferred
• Financial-industry experience, particularly in wealth & asset management organization
• Strong Executive Presence, excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to convey technical solutions to the entire organization
