Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Product Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with product management, product ownership, and transformation leadership experience within Wealth Management, Retirement, or Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, requirements gathering, and end-to-end product delivery.
* Translate business strategy into customer journeys, product capabilities, epics, features, functional requirements, and technology roadmaps.
* Partner with Product, Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.
* Lead product modernization and multi-year transformation initiatives across complex financial services platforms.
* Define business outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics to measure product performance and customer value.
* Manage competing priorities, dependencies, regulatory requirements, and delivery risks.
* Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions across business and technology teams.
* Apply AI-accelerated software development practices across design, development, testing, and release to improve productivity and reduce time to market.
Required Technical Skills
* Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
* Experience developing scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications using AWS.
* Knowledge of AWS services, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, SQS, and SNS.
* Understanding of AWS security, IAM policies, cloud networking, and cost optimization.
* Experience with NoSQL databases such as Amazon DynamoDB or MongoDB.
* Experience with AI-powered and AI-accelerated Product Development Lifecycle (AI-PDLC) practices.
Product Management and Leadership Skills
* 12+ years of experience across product management, product ownership, or techno-functional leadership.
* Proven experience shaping product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, and delivery.
* Ability to connect business strategy, product requirements, and technical implementation.
* Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Experience defining and tracking business KPIs and measurable product outcomes.
* Ability to lead complex modernization and transformation programs.
