To support a growing team, the full-time Software Engineering Analyst will gather requirements, analyze systems, and create technical documentation while working remotely in the U.S. Key responsibilities Meet with business leaders to document project goals and technical specifications Review existing software architectures to identify performance issues and optimization opportunities Create detailed functional designs, user stories, and Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience with programming and query languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or C# Ability to work in an ITAR-compliant environment and provide proof of citizenship Entry-level to 2 years of relevant experience in software development or project coordination Must reside in the continental United States
