To support the modernization of warehousing systems, the full-time Software Engineer - WMS Development will design and develop enterprise-grade technology solutions while collaborating in a hybrid work environment based in Lakeland, FL. Key responsibilities Design and develop technology solutions using modern methodologies, ensuring performance and scalability Analyze business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and support solution delivery Create and maintain technical documentation and automate unit testing to ensure application quality and reliability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, Python, and building responsive web applications 3+ years' experience with ASP.NET Core and proficiency with API documentation tools like Swagger/Open API 2+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Entity Framework Core, including complex queries and database optimization Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and knowledge of DevOps practices using Git and CI/CD pipelines
