Software Engineer

• Design, implement, and run automated software and system-level test procedures.
• Build automated testing solutions for user-facing GUIs using representative operational data.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within user-facing applications and system workflows.
• Support customer testing events, including test preparation, execution, and technical troubleshooting.
• Train operational personnel on system usage and provide ongoing technical support to end-users.
• Create and maintain scripts to automate testing, troubleshooting, and system operations.
• Verify test procedures and use cases to ensure all system and operational requirements are satisfied.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Proven experience developing and executing system-level test plans and procedures.
• Strong background in automated software testing and GUI test automation.
• Hands-on technical experience in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Solid scripting and automation capabilities.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging user-facing software applications.
• Excellent communication, technical documentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Eggplant or comparable GUI automation tools.
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts.
• Familiarity with data product ordering processes and associated workflows.
• Experience training operational users and supporting customer-led test events.
• Security+ or an equivalent cybersecurity certification.
• Prior experience supporting mission-critical or operational software systems.
