Software EngineerRed Arch Solutions is seeking a software engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD on a priority contract. The position will support the development, testing, and quality assurance of backend software systems in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate has foundational experience with Java, C++, or Python, Git, SQL/PostgreSQL, AWS, and uses tools like Jira and Confluence to collaborate and produce technical documentation.Hybrid telework position, up to 16 hours per week.Required qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexityExperience supporting development and execution of test procedures for software componentsExperience generating technical documentationExperience working in an Agile development environmentExperience with Amazon Web ServicesExperience using tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExperience ensuring quality control of developed and modified softwareExperience with the following technologies: Git, Java, C++, or Python, Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), SQLSalary range for this position: $144,000 - 147,000 #CJThe Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
