Technical Experience
- Advanced Java expertise; core Java;
- Spring Boot microservices, JUnit, mocking frameworks;
- RESTful API design and implementation;
- Source control using Git.
Identity, Security & APIs
- Authentication and authorization services;
- OAuth 2.0 and JWT security models;
- API management platforms (Apigee);
- Modern security best practices.
Observability & Monitoring (Key Addition)
- Improving application observability in enterprise environments;
- Hands‑on experience with Dynatrace for APM, performance analysis, and root‑cause investigation;
- Experience with Elastic Search / Elastic Stack for centralized logging, querying, and correlation;
- Understanding of distributed systems monitoring, metrics, and tracing.
DevOps & Delivery
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or equivalent);
- Enterprise DevOps best practices;
- Supporting deployments and diagnostics across multiple environments.
Leadership
- Experience leading and influencing engineers without direct authority;
- Proven ability to resolve complex production, performance, and reliability issues.
Job Description
- Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms;
- Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs;
- Write code, test, and deploy software;
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software;
- Maintain and debug software.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. A degree, or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) is preferred.
