Combining strong engineering skills with a commitment to customer outcomes, the full-time remote Software Engineer, Rapid Response Assignment in Singapore will diagnose and resolve complex customer-reported issues, improve platform reliability, and collaborate closely with the Customer Success team. Key responsibilities Resolve customer-reported issues quickly and thoroughly, from investigation through to a durable fix Diagnose complex problems across services and data pipelines, tracing them to root cause Deliver high-quality engineering work that improves the platform and directly addresses customer needs Required qualifications 5+ years of experience building and scaling backend systems as a software engineer Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat intelligence Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Python, Go, Java, etc.) Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, system design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) Experience working with data pipelines, ETL systems, or high-volume data processing
