What matters most is the impact you create, not the specific tools you use.What You Bring:2+ years prior experience in building and shipping user facing products from start to finishStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.A passion for internet technologies and knowledge of trends in modern software engineering.Experience working in an early-stage engineering team or a fast growing company solving hard ambiguous problems with a strong bias for action.
