We strive to quickly provide answers to tough engineering problems through the use of data analytics.As an Analytics Engineer on the Engineering Intelligence team, you will have an opportunity to support the design and development of new product concepts and complex engineering projects by completing custom analysis projects.Technical Skills RequiredSkilled in at least one software language (ex – python, Matlab, C++, etc)Some experience with and interest in developing skills related to analyzing data/data analyticsDesiredAbility to use data to make engineering decisionsExperience using SQL, Python, and Tableau tools for analysis and visualization of data (proficiency in Matlab, C++, etc would be acceptable but need to be strong in those)Experience in machine controls developmentOn-machine or lab data collection and analysis experienceDesire to learn new data science tools and techniquesExperience working on upper or lower drivetrain components (transmissions, torque converters, axles, etc.
