Architecture, Senior AnalystAs an Architecture, Senior Analyst on the team you will be responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and infrastructure of the enterprise IT monitoring systems with an emphasis on scripting and building out automation to replace manual steps.You will provide production support on a M-F business hours schedule. Processing work from our ticket workflow system following the guidelines and documentation provided, also responsible for on-call, extended hours, and weekend support as required to fulfill business requirements.Duties include:Helping maintain a platform-wide observability process focused on identifying symptoms of performance issues and patterns for resolution.Creating repeatable, automatable process for detecting, measuring, and communicating on application performance.Please note this position is available fully remote out of any state in the United States but there is a strong preference for colleagues local to RI, CT and Arizona due to the location of our Data Centers.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 70,000Maximum: 140,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience programming using Ansible or similar automation tools.
The ability to script automation workflow processes is essential to this position.1+ years of experience troubleshooting and working to resolve moderate system/application issues.2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining an enterprise level monitoring tool like IBM, MicroFocus, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of hands on experience with monitoring platform architecture or automation scripting tools.Ability to work in a rapid paced environment and must be able to work independently.Working knowledge on one or more monitoring tools like Micro Focus, AppD, IBM Tivoli, Instana, Omnibus, Netcool, Dynatrace or any other enterprise monitoring tool.Ability to perform monitoring scope analysis, system monitoring design, requesting administrator and service accounts, installing system wide software leveraging scripting skills to automate the delivery and maintenance of our monitoring tools.EducationBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or equivalent work experience.Business OverviewBring your heart to CVS Health Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health.
