Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)

Compensation: $100–$160/hour

Location: Remote, Asynchronous, Flexible hours

Duration: Part-time | Project-based | Ongoing (Flexible weekly hours)

Requirements

• Proven track record of contributions to top open-source repositories (GitHub or similar) in the last 12 months.
• Strong experience in software development, open-source collaboration, and scalable system design.
• Deep familiarity with widely-used libraries, frameworks, developer tools, and version control systems (Git).
• Strong grasp of performance tuning, CI/CD, and open-source governance workflows.
• Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prior experience in asynchronous, remote team collaboration is a plus.

Role (Training Support Will Be Provided)

• Design and oversee evaluations for a variety of coding tasks across multiple programming languages.
• Develop robust test cases to assess AI model performance in real-world engineering scenarios.
• Analyze and interpret AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback to research teams.
• Work asynchronously with AI researchers and project managers to continuously improve system capabilities.
