Join a fast-growing startup that is leading the way in Clinical Intelligence , with a suite of AI tools that are supercharging clinicians . They're looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to act as a Tech Lead , working closely with the CTO & CEO , leading new product development from the front.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on across the full stack
- Work closely with executive leadership to set the product roadmap
- Develop HIPPA compliant AI/agentic workflows
- Lead & mentor other Engineers
Requirements
- 8+ years Full-Stack experience
- Software polyglot , comfortable across the entire stack
- 2+ years' experience with LLMs or Agentic A I required
- Startup experience strongly preferred
- HealthTech experience strongly preferred
